foreign workers

I read an article from a Korean. This article describes that this author is worried about the declined growth rate in South Korea. It seems not only happen in South Korea, but also Taiwan has this problem. This author worried that this kind of lower growth rate would make the fewer workers for his country in the future. He urged that his government should find more workers from another country. Yup…..Maybe it’s a way to solve this problem in a short term. However, this method still cost a lot.

Several years ago, I was a financial auditor in the accounting firm. I visited a factory, and I found the foreigners work in the extremely bad environment. They have to work in the painting room. Although this company offers the protector for them, it’s still not enough to avoid breathing the dust. I thought when these foreign workers earned enough money and went back to their countries. They probably would not in a good heath.

In Taiwan, there are more and more foreigners work here. They come from the low GNP counties. Some bosses offer them the bad dorm. They usually work in the extremely bad environment and work for a long time. In my opinion, the government must make a law to protect these guys. Also, the government should urge all companies to improve their working environment. This is not only for these foreign workers, but also help factory increase its manufacture level.
