My decision

I informed my boos about my leaving several days ago. I will leave this company for prepraing exam for the graduate school. My boss tried to persue me take a part time job here. However, I rejected her request. I start to take vocation. However, I decided to go to the office for a boring meeting this afternoon. To be honest, I have no idea what this company likes to held meetings so much. All I can do is sit there, but nothing important to listen. For my opined of view, every meeting is supposed to effective to solve the problem or present the current condition to the important managers and boss. However, this company seems Just waste time. These meeting don't solve any problems and they also don't present the current condition to significant people.
Whatever~~I don't belong to this company anymore. My boss told me that I could take a part time job before studying abroad. She also hope I can apply the graduate school in which is around Detroit area. The reason is that this company needs someone to stay in Detroit for handling the commercial issue. However, I will be the one to handle these issues. (I am not confident if I have the ability to stay and handle that. My English is still poor to communite with GM GUYS. I think they are pretty smart. Of course, that's why they can be the managers in that BIG company.)
My company already has the office in Detroit, but just one engineer is there. CJ, our engineer in Deriot office, has been to Detroit for a couple of months. I discussed with his condition there. He told me that our company doesn't buy the insurance for him. It's so ridiculous. I cannot imagine how people can live in the U.S. without any insurance. I think the company just wanna save money.....They don't care about the employee's right. How come I need to stay at this kind of company?? Of course, this is not the ONLY reason for me to quit. If I go to the Detroit area and work for them, I probably would be treated like that. Of course,this is not the ONLY one reason to describe their unrespectable attitude. Therefore, I think it's not necessary to stay this company. Even they can offer a part time job for me, it seems not necessary anymore.
